Thermal Barrier Coating Over Spray Foam

We were asked to come in after another spray foam contractor’s work failed to meet the Building Code. We applied a thermal barrier coating (“intumescent paint”) over spray foam. The coating gives occupants an additional 15 minutes of protection in case there is ever a fire that reaches the foam.

Slab Leveling

This cracked concrete slab was part of a patio. We were asked to level out the patio using polyurethane foam. The result was a smooth, even patio which could be used for many more years without needing to be replaced.

Pole Barn

This new pole barn was being built by a flooring contractor to be used for storing, maintaining, and cleaning his equipment. He wanted to be sure that the building would be easy to heat and could stand up to years of being used for washing tools and equipment covered in concrete dust. Closed cell foam was the perfect solution. He’ll be able to heat and cool the building for peanuts and never have to worry about mold or mildew, unlike other forms of insulation.
