Thermal Barrier Coating
Thermal barriers are needed to cover spray foam for fire safety purposes. Another spray foam contractor installed the foam, but didn’t cover it with a thermal barrier. This was a violation of the Building Code, and the property owner couldn’t get his Occupancy Certificate. We came in to apply the thermal barrier (“intumescent paint”) so that occupants would get an additional 15 minutes of time to evacuate the building in case of fire.
Commercial Insulation
Commercial buildings, especially metal walled buildings, can often benefit from closed cell spray foam insulation. It encapsulates the interior in an air and moisture barrier, making for a comfortable and durable space. It also protects expensive equipment and inventory from extreme temperatures and can seal some roof leaks.
Slab Leveling
Concrete slabs can drop, resulting in trip hazards, unsightly walking areas, or even complete cracking of the slab. We can lift and stabilize all kinds of slabs back into place, such as patios, driveways, warehouse floors, loading docks, and pool surrounds.
Pole Barns
Make the most of your pole barn or garage by insulating it with closed cell spray foam. It will become a more comfortable space for work or hobbies.
